Top-Joy International has two big production plants, Pudong RunLu Chemical and Nanhui JinShang Co., Ltd. RunLu was established in 1993. The factory covers about 12000 square meters, mainly produce liquid PVC stabilizer and Viscosity Reducer. Nanhui JinShang was established in 2003. It covers about 10000 square meters, produce solid PVC stabilizer and stearate salt.

After years practicing and researching, we successfully upgraded our products to a new level. We created our own brand - TOP JOY and developed a series of PVC stabilizer with high technology, powerful function, and good social impact. All our products passed EU RoHS environmental protection Authentication and REACH test by SGS, and qualified for US and EU standard. Our oversea sales revenue is increasing by these years.
