Top-Joy International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is located in Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Export Processing Zone. We are professional manufacturer and trader of PVC Stabilizer and other plastic additive for over 20 years.
Top-Joy International has two big production plants, Pudong RunLu Chemical and Nanhui JinShang Co., Ltd. RunLu was established in 1993. The factory covers about 12000 square meters, mainly produce liquid PVC stabilizer and Viscosity Reducer. Nanhui JinShang was established in 2003. It covers about 10000 square meters, produce solid PVC stabilizer and stearate salt.
After years practicing and researching, we successfully upgraded our products to a new level. We created our own brand – TOP JOY and developed a series of PVC stabilizer with high technology, powerful function, and good social impact.
